In a game where Luctonians needed to get 5 points to stay in National North 2, they found themselves down 19-5 at half time against the League champions. 
After a strong fightback they just fell short 22-21 benefiting Wharfedale who now stay in National 2 North. This game demonstrates the depth in strength of National 2 North where the league champions could well have been stopped on the final game of the season.
