OPEN TRAINING SESSION 23rd JUNE 2018

11:45am Arrival for 12:00pm Start

Sale FC Academy has fielded a very successful team in the A League of the Halbro Colts League since 2015 and this coming season we once again invite players interested in joining the Academy for the 2018/2019 season and beyond.

Who’s Invited?

• All Under 17’s rugby players in the Trafford area and further affield

Whats Happening On the Day?

• A brief introduction about the Academy and opportunity to ask questions by players/parents and guardians
• A game based training session for 1 1/2 hour – This is not an assessment as all players are welcomed to the academy
• Food for players after training
• Opportunities to speak to coaches and club officials
• Changing facilities and showers will be available

What Can You Expect From Sale FC Rugby Academy?

Facilities

• Matches played at Heywood Road Stadium home of National 1 team Sale FC
• Training is at our High Performance Centre at Carrington where Sale Sharks are our tennants.

Coaching

• The very highest standard, cutting edge, structured coaching sessions to develop your game,
• Delivered by a dedicated and very experienced coaching team
• A player centred environment for you to enjoy rugby and to access and fulfil your playing potential

Evaluations

• Player development via regular evaluation throughout the season in order to assist players in identifying their strengths and weaknesses,
• Video analysis of games and match/individual player statistics

Playing

• Halbro Colts League
• Cheshire Cup games

Transition and Development

• Complete support and guidance for player transition into senior rugby
