At Sale FC, we pride ourselves on being more than just a rugby team—we are a family club.
This season, we have launched a special new tradition to celebrate that community spirit, and we want your children to be a part of it.
The New Post-Match Ritual
Immediately following the game, we are inviting all our junior supporters onto the pitch to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the squad for a group photo. It is a fantastic opportunity for the kids to meet the players, feel like part of the team, and create lasting memories.
A Full Match Day Experience We have designed our match days to be action-packed for the younger generation. For our upcoming clash against Blackheath, the excitement builds well before the main kick-off:

10:30 AM – Curtain Raiser: The day begins with the future stars of the club, the Sale FC Under 10s, taking to the field. The Smithy Bar & Kitchen will be open, so come down early to support the juniors!

2:15 PM – Guard of Honour: Children can grab flags at the pitch entrance to welcome the 1st XV onto the field.

Half Time: Children are allowed onto the pitch to play and run off some energy until the players return.

4:10 PM – Full Time Meet & Greet: This is the big moment! Kids join the players on the pitch for pictures.

Post-Match Treat: After the photo, head to the Smithy Bar for free chip barms for kids!
