We seek to adopt the same approach whether playing local teams, on tour or training at Carrington on a cold Thursday night.
As a group of players, parents and coaches we share the core values of the sport, we aim to play as a team, acknowledge the players desire to win, but not at all costs. Hopefully our approach is reflected by the comments from of one of the players parents who joined this season ‘Loved joining this group, boys, parents and coaches alike are welcoming, compassionate and encouraging……the rugby family is strong at Sale’.
