Membership Renewals

Most of you will have had your renewal notices by now. If you have NOT received them, there are a few potential reasons why.

1. The invitation for the new system has gone to your junk mail
2. You didn’t recognise the new system email (Smart Club Cloud)
3. We don’t have an accurate email address for you (this has been the most common reason so far)
4. You were not a registered member last year.

The first stage will be emailing all of our current members two emails, one with a registration login and one with a password and a link to the Smart Cloud. Once you have registered, you will see a screen giving you access to your account.

If you have received an email and are experiencing difficulties, please email membership@salefc.com and ask Charlotte for some help.

New Memberships

The form for new members can be found here is only for NEW members to Sale FC Rugby or those who have allowed their membership to lapse over the last few years. This is not a renewal application form.

Once you have filled in this form, we will forward a link for payment and club membership. This is not automated so may take 24-36 hours.

You will receive two emails both from Smart Club Cloud who administer our system. Please check your junk mail.

NB For our system we require a Date of Birth for every person who is applying. So please include this information or it will slow the process down.
