Lancashire Wins 25th Title

Lancashire overcame Hertfordshire 32-16 at Twickenham to win their 25th Bill Beaumont Counties Championship, spurred on by a heavy Sale FC Rugby presence with 7 players being selected for the match day squad.  Chris Mayor returned to the ground where he won the Premiership with Sale Sharks in 2006. Chris Johnson orchestrated a kicking masterclass and Anthony Bingham scampering in for a try in exactly the same place as last year.

The try by Bingo is shown here at 3hr 36m
